WORKSHOP



If a strategy is to take root and work in interaction with citizens, it must be implemented by those on the front lines. Through strategically grounded workshops, I provide guidance on how to make the strategy work in practice. My focus is on translating strategy into practical, actionable approaches that work – and make a difference.



Community involvement



Through strategically designed processes, I help municipalities and organizations involve their citizens in the green transition.

The green transition is not only about technological solutions and political decisions – it’s about people. If we are to succeed in transforming our society to be sustainable, climate-friendly, and fair, it requires that citizens are involved all the way. Not just as bystanders, but as active participants.



ROOM OF SOLUTIONS



Room of Solutions is a debate -form where we meet to discuss possible solutions to relevant problems. The structure of the debate focuses on involving and engaging all participants in a constructive discussion.

My BACKGROUND





I have more than 20 years of experience in the media industry. In the last ten years, I have worked as a leader focusing on editorial development. As a Fellow at Constructive Institute at Aarhus University, I have done research in constructive journalism and developed a new set of journalistic values; STEP. I am the author of the journalistic textbook in engaging and constructive journalism, "From tower to Square".

I am a speaker, an author and consultant both in Denmark and abroad and teach at universities, postgraduate courses, and media companies. I work with established media companies as well as media start-ups.



MY vision





I think that the democratic conversation is one that everyone should experience as accessible. That the media invites users inside and provides democratic self-confidence to such a degree that everyone feels informed and able to take care of the problems they are experiencing in their lives. Journalism should involve, inform, investigate and inspire. I believe that journalism can engage and motivate people to participate in the positive development of our society. But it requires a change if we want to develop the democratic conversation. A change that I work to achieve, grow, and anchor.
